John Viner John spent 28 years in primary headship, leading several schools including a tiny village school, a 4FE Church of England Junior School and a primary and nursery school in an extremely challenging area. OFSTED has always judged his leadership as good or very good. John has secondary and primary teaching experience, considerable inspection and other experience in school support and training, from Early Years to Post-16. John is Principal Consultant for Adept Education. Tom Coop Tom has a background in secondary education, where he taught Art and Design. He has a successful track record of classroom experience and departmental leadership. He is currently runs Lovelace Advertising Associates and specialises in advertising, marketing and helping schools to manage change. |He recently returned to teaching Art in a S London secondary school. Alan Riley Alan has many years of experience of working
on change, communication and leadership development
with individuals, teams and work groups in
turbulent and demanding environments. Clients
have included blue-chip organisations in
the private, public, not-for-profit and tertiary
education sectors. Known Ltd is his consultancy practice. He is
experienced in helping organisations and
workgroups deliver deep change. While intensely
practical, he also works at the emotional
and inner-world levels of organisations.
He relishes complexity and politicisation,
and understands large and small group dynamics.
He is a former governor of a large comprehensive
school in Hertfordshire. Marianne Harris Marianne is a highly experienced OFSTED lead inspector with a background of successful primary school headship in difficult settings. She is also an early years specialist. She has particular skills in preparing schools for inspection. Marianne has extensive headship experience and has, for the past year, been principal of a school in Abu Dhabi. Liz Windon Gary is a serving Primary Headteacher with
almost thirty years' experience in education.
He is a NCSL Consultant Leader and a School
Improvement Partner who specialises in performance
management and school leadership training. Mike Smith Mike has extensive experience of headship
in large Junior schools. He is a specialist
in school finance, assessment systems, data
handling and ICT. He is an experienced School
Improvement Partner and advices on school
