Two of us have been heads with half a century of headship experience between us. Four of us have worked extensively in schools on performance management, understanding budgeting, assessment, and underperformance.  All of us are experienced practitioners with proven track records.

We have been inspectors, and have coached leaders and management teams inside and outside education. We know that school life is demanding, complex, and full of competing priorities. We can help you see the wood for the trees.  

We resolved to create a fast, flexible and get-to-the-heart-of-the-matter service that is the antidote to the off-the-shelf, tick-box kind of training we’ve all experienced.  Between us, we have the range of skills and experience that can help you tackle the improvement priorities  you have identified.
